Milestones for hosting a Tournament

4 weeks before:
- 1st tournament Announcement
- Order trophies if necessary

2 weeks before:
- 2nd tournament announcement, and start non-member enrollment (with 1st confirmation) 

1 weeks before:
- Final call (with 2nd confirmation) 

3 days before :
- Announce final confirmation, pairing, flight, course index, prize, course direction, carpool, weather, etc...
- Announce pairing captain, and ready-golf alert...
- Get prizes (or trophies, gift certificates, etc..)

Tournament day: 
- Arrive 1 hour early
- Get long drive, near pin flags (to the first team)
- Collect tournament fees (Treasurer)
- Pay Off Course Charges, if it has not done yet... (Treasurer)
- After the game: Collect scores
- Compute net and gross
- New face introduction
- Club info update
- Prize Presentation
- Give the receipt of course charge and prizes to Treasurer
- Treasurer will refund all related expenses
- NCGA Chairperson will collect all tournament scores (please make sure both first/ last names are on score cards).

1 day after :  
- Announce tournament results to our mailing list

Within 1 week : 
- Update NCGA score
- Update Website
